Base Editing During War

Edits to the opposing group’s place or 57694821 shall have to go through prior approval from both LCD and the opposing group. Should both leaders be in agreement, the change can be made; otherwise, the change must not be made. Either group has a right to request a change log of either the opposing group’s place or 57694821. The owner of that place has no right to refuse, and must overturn change logs with all deliberate haste.
